Requirement

They required a service provider to process their Export Quarantine requests electronically to produce the necessary Health Certificates for Abalone into Hong Kong and Malaysia. Previously they had been completed manually and required them to travel to Brisbane to have them stamped this was time consuming and took staff away from the production plant.

TradeDocs RFP Service

They use TradeDocs RFP Service to facilitate Electronic RFP's and to raise the Health Certificates and have them printed in Melbourne for their Logistics provider to collect.
