Grain Export Documentation

A major grain processor and exporter who exports mainly Chickpeas to the Middle East and India. TradeDocs would work closely with their Export Department to process their full set of Export Documents, they include Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origins, insurance certificates, submit Forwarding Instructions to the shipping companies for Bills of Lading, request Intertek Weight & Quality Certificates, print Phytosantiary certificates and Bank Documents.

Most of their shipment are under Collection or Letter of Credits (L/C) TradeDocs would carefully check them to make sure L/C’s are clean and they could deliver to the Letter of Credit conditions. We had to complete these documents within a very tight timeframe and submit them to their local bank for processing. This has allows them to reduce the work load on their staff in the Export Department.
